We provide road freight, warehousing, packaging and related supply-chain services. The exact scope of any engagement is set out in the booking confirmation, quotation or service agreement issued for that consignment.
3. Customer obligations
You agree to provide accurate consignment details, correct pickup and delivery information, and to ensure that goods tendered for transport are properly packed, legal to transport, and accompanied by all required documentation.
4. Pricing and payment
Charges are quoted on a per-shipment basis and are payable as per the terms agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for detention, re-attempts, route changes or other variations from the original booking.
5. Liability
We exercise reasonable care in handling your cargo. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the extent agreed in the consignment note or service contract, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Insurance
Transit insurance can be arranged on request. Where insurance is not opted for, the customer assumes risk for loss or damage during transit, subject to applicable law.

8. Governing law
